The Committees
The work of the organization will be effectively managed and executed through the establishment of dedicated committees, each focusing on specific areas of operation to ensure comprehensive coverage of all necessary tasks. Each committee will work collaboratively within their designated roles to ensure that the organization's objectives are met efficiently and effectively, contributing to overall success and impact.
The committees are outlined as follows:
Street Team Committee
This committee will focus on organizing and mobilizing grassroots activations, such as rallies and public demonstrations.
Members will also participate in and support similar events organized by other groups to foster community solidarity and visibility for the cause
Policy Committee
The Policy Committee will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's legislative agenda. Members will collaborate to draft, review, and refine policy language, ensuring that proposed legislation aligns with the organization's goals and is effectively communicated to stakeholders.
Candidate Recruitment Committee
This committee is tasked with identifying and engaging potential local leaders who exhibit a keen interest in pursuing public office. The aim is to cultivate a pool of candidates who align with the organization's values and are prepared to represent these values in government.
Fundraising Committee
The Fundraising Committee is responsible for generating financial support for the organization. Members will plan, organize, and host various fundraising events and initiatives, aimed at attracting donors and sponsors to sustain and expand the organization's activities and reach.
